Nathan's Apple Turnover

This photo was shot at 1/250 @ f/16 using speedotron strobe lighting

These are a few apple desserts that I created one night in search of an apple dessert I would enjoy. The dessert consists of chopped green apple (including peels) mixed with cinnamon wrapped inside slices of pie crust. If you want to try the recipe out just cook for about 15 minutes @ 400 degrees.

Nathan, this shot turned out great. I was very impressed. Nice lighting & great choice of depth of field. The crop & background keep it simple & classy. Looks like something you could find in a food magazine.

I think it would've looked better with the powdered sugar and caramel. I can't believe you forgot them. Either way, it turned out well. I like the angle you used.
